Is it normal to hate a younger brother?

well i was raised by a grandmother who doesnt even care everything about me, for short i ddnt grew up under the care of my parents, i grew up with my cousins and younger brother, since i was young i started to hurt my brother, wishing to be a only child. its not that i am jealous or what it's just i dont care, even my mom and my dad. i dont even like them since i started to live with them, they give all the things my brother wants, my mother even says that i should have to grow fast and separate house.
