Is it normal to hang out with my mom 24-7?

Completely normal.. She gave birth to you, you are her most precious... She loves you and you love her (Well it seems)... I hang out alot with my mother too, nothing to be ashamed about at all.

Just be glad that you have such a good and caring family, and be proud that you give it all back :).

It's completely normal.

Yes it is normal. The person I hung out with was my father he was my best friend when I was in my teens. We went everywhere together. The only bad thing was that people would always assumed that he was dating me and made rude comments; our society is not accustomed to seeing teens sharing a strong positive relationship with a parent. You appear to have a strong bond with you mother and that is precious. Enjoy all those moments because you will always have beautiful memories to treasure.

I hang out with my mom all the time and am so emotionally attached to her that my brother joked that if I could be her conjoined twin, I would. But it's not my fault I got such an awesome mom!

I never knew my mom, oh well.

Usually, teenagers tend to spend more time with peers than with family, but there's nothing wrong with hanging out with your parents a lot, just as long as you maintain friendships outside the home, too.
