:( I'm sorry for your loss *hugs*

It's normal to grieve. You will get through it. It never goes away, but it does get easier to live with.

Maybe it is normal but it is not normal to me. I can live if someone dies. I don't know how but I know that this is a cycle of the life. People have to die there is no way you can change that so instead I decided to live with it.

Try this yourself and you will be fine.

I did the same thing when my mom passed 7 moths ago. It's normal. And time does help, but the pain never goes away completely. I still have dreams about her and I still cry when I think of her and how much I miss her.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I wish there was something I could do to help.

I'm sorry for your loss and going without eating or sleeping is a very common part of the grieving process.
