Is it normal to grow alot of blackheads?

I have been suffering from blackheads since I was a teenager. It started to grow on my nose, then slowly spread till my chin, then my forehead, now I'm 24. It has spread till my cheeks! I don't know what to do to save my skin. I hate it. Blackheads makes my skin looks bumpy and gross. I tried alot of products, I even consult a doctor. Has anyone had the same problem as me? Is it normal? How to save my skin? Help!

1.) Drink plenty of water (> 8-10 cups a day)
2.) Wash your face 2-3 times a day with an exfoliating scrub, using lukewarm water
3.) Exercise! More exercise = better circulation = better skin
4.) If available, go to a sauna as often as possible
5.) WHENEVER your face gets sweaty, rinse it off with lukewarm or cold water.
6.) Maintain a diet with more veggies and fruits
7.) Get at least 8 hrs of sleep every night. Not always easy, but it will definitely benefit your skin
8.) Sun exposure (in moderation) will help your skin as well
9.) Enjoy the benefits of a healthier lifestyle, and better skin!

Steam facial. A variation can be done at home (carefully.) Run a bit of hot water in a bathroom sink or a large bowl, then get a towel and put it over your head and put your face close to the water. Don't have the water TOO hot. The steam will open up your pores. Then wash your face. The blackheads may not entirely go but they should improve and might shift if you do this everyday for a week or so. Those pore strips can work on nose ones but they're a bit pricey.

I use a salysilic acid cleanser like biotech blemish fighting ice cleanser or neutrogena face soap with 2% salysilic avoid in it, it treats blackheads at the source and acne as well. I also suggest biore pore strips they make your black heads pop out you can find it at the drugstore! Easy fix. Also you can heat up your face with a hot rag after cleansing and use a bobby pin to extract each blackhead with a pressing motion, it will make all the gunk pop out and remove it. Black heads ate easy to get rid of and you keep them at bay with a salyslic acne cleanser from the drugstore :) it's quite easy friend!

It's normal, and it's probably down to genetics/your skin type. You could see a doctor or dermatologist if it's that bad; they should be able to help. Buy skin care products that are specifically suited for oily skin, and preferably ones that contain salicylic acid (such as Biore.) It should help combat the blackheads. And I have the same problem. My skin is quite terrible.
