Is it normal to grind your teeth in time to a song o.o

I've done this since I was like 12 or something , maybe younger. It's really random , I know but when I'm listening to music on my ipod or whatever , I find myself subconsciously grinding my teeth to the rhythm of the music. You're probably loling right now aren't you?...

      Honestly I started noticing that my friend does that too, although his is very noticeable. But seeing that this is a things puts me at ease in a weird way.

    You know who usually did that?? Kurt Cobain. And yeah its normal. When i play gtr I move my face a lot

    i do that too and it's so hard not to even though my dentist told me to stop and it could have serious repercussions for my jaw... i also grind my teeth when i'm stressed so that doesn't help.. it also means you do it in your sleep

    Well I usually tap my teeth to a rhythm, and I've always thought this is normal.

    It probably means you've got a good sense of rhythm, if you're any good at syncopation (like multi tasking), you might like to take up drums, if you haven't already, good sense of rhythm and the ability to syncopate make a good drummer. Totally natural!
