Is it normal to go to bed early

I love the mornings and not a night owl at all. What time do you go to bed? How many hours of sleep do you need? I need a good 8 hours of sleep, and I am starting to go to bed very early.

This past week I started to go to bed an hour earlier, and have to say I do feel better. I was going at 7:30pm and go at 6:30pm I know that is really early for some but I do get up very early also.

Been going to bed really early the last few nights and do feel good. I have more energy during the day now. I thought it would be hard going so early but it really isn't at all.

Hm, someone doesn't agree with me it seems.

Well, in my experience, most people that I have known that are my age (in their 20's now) or close to it do not go to bed at a reasonable time. That's just how it is, most younger people don't sleep as much or as early as people used to.

I believe that the internet, cell phones, and digital lifestyle in general are the causes.

If you still don't believe me, then create or search for a poll on here. Compare age to average bedtimes, you'll see...
