well, i can't find anyone who is willing to go with me to this concert... they're like busy or don't like that band or whatever but i really wanna go to the concert but I kinda feel dumb going alone :/ is this normal?
GO GO GO! Especially if you're a huge fan, you won't regret it.
I have social anxiety and I hate crowds, but I still was alone at a couple of concerts, and it was totally worth it :)
I know how you feel. My favorite band came to my town last year and I couldn't go cause none of my friends would go with me. I wish I had of gone alone now. Don't miss out on this just because your friends aren't in it with you :)
I've never been to a concert, but if you've paid for the tickets and everything and you love the band then go if you want to, you'll probably meet new people.
when you go w other people to concert u often lose them in the crowd anyway gooo
I bought tickets last year to a concert and even offered it to my friend for free. The night of she told me she wasn't going to go. So I didn't go. The tickets and my money went to waste. It really sucked and I wish I had gone solo. I would have felt retarded being there alone though haha
Go i went to one alone felt like a real tool on the way in... then made some instant friends had a great time .. people tend to talk to you when your on your own .. go figure
just go... have a couple of drinks.. and chill out. You'll meet a few ppl and you will prolly never see them again..
I used to do that quite a bit. no one will notice you're alone. everyone is paying attention to the person in front of the mic.
It's okay. I've never done it myself, but if you really want to go, don't let the fact that you're not bringing anyone stop you.
Why not? Lots of people do things solo. And maybe you'll meet someone there with similar interests. People are pretty friendly at concerts - I guess they are sharing a similar experience & identify with similar tastes.
