Is it normal to glitter legs?

Once, before a christmas in july party i helped set up, i cut out paper snowflakes and glued glitter on them. I got a bunch of glitter on my legs and i didnt wash it off till night and i got the glitter on my legs in the morning. The guests asked if i was itchy and i wasnt. Is it normal for glitter on my legs to not make me itchy?
