Is it normal to give yourself an enema using a squirt bottle?

I gave my self an enema using a squirt bottle and some water. I didn't use very much water, but it worked. Please no comments saying how stupid I am and I shouldn't do this. It worked by the way.

    Normal. But if you remove the shower head adjust to warm the put the end up you the warm flow slowly massage your belly to loosen the bowl. Then poo. Cleans your gut and it's a great thing to do be fore anal sex much cleaner and much more comfortable you way is okay but not ideal.
