Is it normal to get zits on your legs?

I dont know why it happens, but I get pimples on my legs. I shower everyday and I scrub them really hard with soap but I always get pimples there. Is it just my skin or am I doing something wrong? I thought it could possibly be what I'm eating, but I thought the whole bad food equating to bad skin thing was debunked.

    That's quite normal.

Regarding pimples (especially on teenagers) You would have to wash constantly all day, not to get pimples. The oils from your skin are just that strong.

Regarding foods (including chemical we put on our skin) Yes this affects your pimples. If you ate chips all day everyday you'll definitely get more (note: I said 'more' ie teenagers eating healthy still get pimples)

I'd say, maybe put some talcum powder on your legs after drying yourself fully from a shower. That may help stop your pants rubbing on you.

    Normal.
