Is it normal to get "whistlers" in your nose often?

Do any of you guys get "whistlers" in your nose? I'm not sure if that's what everybody calls them, so I'll explain what they are. It's when dried snot in your nostril is somehow in the right shape that it whistles when you breathe in and out of your nose. I seem to get these a lot more often than other people I know. I wonder why. I was curious as to if other folks get whistlers a lot too.

Yes, it's normal. I once got that when I was sick last winter.

That happens to me once in a while. It sounds so weird though because it doesn't happen often enough for me to be used to it. So I get embarrassed and hope no one heard my nose whistling. :P
