Is it normal to get visions ?

Its not all the time and I have the ability to focus on other thing so one wont come on,but if I am just relaxing I get these visions like I am coming out of water. This normally last up to like 30 seconds.

    I'm not 100% certain as to what you are trying to say. Do you mean that you get psychic visions that only you to gaze into the future? Or Do you mean that your eye sight gets randomly blurred? If its psychic visions you should learn to train your ability. If its the latter than you really need to see an eye doctor.
