I am a single mom and I love having my breasts played with. Because of this I get aroused when I am breastfeeding to the point that I actually look forward to feeding her. Even forcing her to feed... keep in mind I have no sexual attraction to kids. Is it normal?
I am a nurse and have worked with new moms and assisted with breastfeeding for many years, as well as having breast fed my four children for between four months and one year each. The physical reaction to breast feeding varies extremely between one woman and another. It is often initially painful, but usually evolves into "pleasant."
There is a direct link to breast feeding/nipple stimulation and the release of various hormones which are helpful in stopping blood loss after a baby is born. This involves contractions of the uterus, a thing which also occurs in orgasm, but certainly does not always lead to this, and in labor, where the difference between the sensation produced is like the difference between touch which is a hug and touch which is a punch from a professional boxer.
The physical sensation of breast feeding is generally simply a feeling of relaxation, pleasant physical sensations, and the release of hormones which promote emotional connection with the child.
People are able to be "turned on" by many things. Kissing, for example. Yet one may kiss one's mother, father, and in many nations, friends and other relatives without being "turned on," and yet are still able to participate in kissing as a stimulant to promote readiness for sexual intercourse, i.e. being "turned on."
The one thing that does not seem "normal" here is offering the child the breast for the express purpose of experiencing the enjoyable sensations. That seems to me like kissing your Mom for a turn on. Yuck.
I would suggest offering your breast to your lover for this purpose, and if your don't have one, be open to the possibility of getting one. One who likes your breasts. Use birth control. Have fun!

But FORCING her to feed to get yourself aroused... yeah you're crossing the line into molestation. Even if you swear you won't "touch" her.
Once you force her to feed just to get off you're using your child as a sexual toy.
It is normal. Some women actually orgasm while breastfeeding. It's just the way the nerves are. It might have actually evolved to help women bond with their kids. I read about this years ago. Nobody wants to hear about it really. Judgey people will think it's weird and evil. That's their problem. There are lots of uptight people in the world.

Let me explain, though. It's not like I'm "breastfeeding" kids. I just happened to own a kitten whose a-hole owners separated from her mom way too early, so she was all desperate to nurse on anything she found. I found nothing erotic about it, but I can't deny it, the sensation got me all aroused.

To all of those making judgement, how would I love to somehow be able to send them back in time and into their moms' minds a the time they were breastfeeding (in case that ever happened), they would eat their own words!
I don't think there's anything weird about getting turned on, admitting it or enjoying it. I have heard of that before. But I'm very uncomfortable with the idea for breastfeeding extra just for your pleasure.
However I definitely don't think you should give up breast feeding because of this. Heck, if she wants to breastfeed until she's five, lucky for you. But ONLY do it when she wants to.
You can always get someone else to play with your nipples.
There are actual groups called "ANR" (adult nursing relationship). They are comprised of men and/or women who lactate and breastfeed. There is a loving bond established by the woman and her partner. These women even take hormones to initiate lactation long after child birth. If breastfeeding is such a turn on, maybe looking into one of these ANR groups in your area is safest way to continue...
Nipples are very sensitive areas commonly used in sexual activity so it is very normal for you to enjoy it, especially considering nipple play is something you already enjoy. I think some people would be a little uncomfortable because they are looking too closely at the connection between an infant child and your sexual pleasure but it is only natural for your body to react this way. Just make sure the breast feeding is still about her benefit above yours.
I don't know if there's some kind of unspoken rule about this among mothers or something, but I don't think it sounds right that you should be using your baby for sexual arousal like that. I don't know, just a dude's perspective. Maybe you need to moderate yourself or something. It's kind of weird to me just commenting about this. I'm going to go now... Lol.
The nipples are part of the Erogenous Zones so, it's normal for them to be easily stimulated. I do think its kind of creepy... Especially, that you try to feed her more than she wants to be fed.... I think you should switch to bottles and find some other way to stimulate your nipples. You could get yourself a adult toy or have your partner find ways to stimulate them.
I think perhaps you should stop feeding your child. Get them some bottles instead. Which you actually can do at any age. Yes it is generally more healthy for a child to be breast fed but in your case I think the bottle would be better. This is better apposed to you raping your child.

This is the main reason why I will not be breast feeding if I have children. My nipples are EXTREMELY sensitive & I can orgasm just through nipple stimulation. It is a very sexual thing for me, & a large part of my sex life. It would really freak me out to feel sexual pleasure from my child, I feel like that's just wrong.
