Every time I'm around my older brother, I get sexually aroused. I have the need to go to my room and masturbate. I dream about having sex with him and stuff like that.

In my 36 I must say such situations do not surprise me anymore.
Curiosity about sex starts exactly at home among close relatives. Normal intimacy of the family its enough.
Boys and girls as well as parents son look at each other naked by chance or not. Difficult to avoid or is just normal in many homes people go around naked what I find better coz I guess there is less curiosity.
In a certain age were all questions about sex start popping up, mainly during puberty, its normal all kind of fantasy's.

My guess is that the guilt is tremendous . Set that aside as guilt will prevent you from moving past this. Sexual desires are not about normal/abnormal. They are about healthy/unhealthy. Something underlying here... It's common for someone to want a guy like their brother. My guess is you need to find a mentor or counselor who can help pinpoint why you WANT YOUR BROTHER over someone like him.

I really would not take that advice if I were you. I don't know what your relationship is like with your brother, but most likely he'll freak out and it'll not only mess up your relationship with your brother but also those with the rest of your family as well.
