Is it normal to get severe headaches this eaisly?

I get severe headaches when I do anything physical like going up the stairs, lifting heavy objects and even running. Additionally I get them when I go from a warm room to a cold one or vice versa. Basically any change in temperture or physical exertion will give me a splitting headache. I have always been this way so I don't know if this is normal or not and have no idea how to stop getting headaches so eaisly. I have been to tons of doctors and neurologists but they can't seem to do anything about it.

Dehydration, blood pressure issues, migraines...try talking to your doc. It could be numerous things.

you could be dehydrated which can cause bad headaches. could be stress related too because you know every time you do something like that, you are going to get a headache. im really surprised the doctors havent been able to help you. maybe all the doctors in your area are all dodgy. have they even suggested doing any tests?
