Is it normal to get restricted calls this often?

I am looking for suggestions on what to do when this restricted caller calls. This has been going on for a while (6 months) and they call every other week or so. Not that this annoys me but I want to do something completely unexpected to piss them off when they call me (I usually never answer and let it go to voicemail). They leave voicemails which usually say "I love you babe". What can I say to them that will make them angry and never want to call again?

    This happened to me before a long time ago. Some dude kept calling me over and over and wouldn't leave a message or anything so I had no idea who was calling and what they wanted. Also he would call right in the middle of my World History class (In HS) so I couldn't answer it. Finally I left my phone with my dad and when he called that day my dad answered in a deep and intimidating voice, found out it was some thug that had the wrong number (Suuuuuureee... ) and then the guy stopped calling. Soooo... if you're a girl or a guy with a not-so-intimidating voice (Hey it happens) I suggest getting some scary dude to answer the phone. Preferably with a russian accent. :P Good luck!

    its credit depth calls dont answer nigga i almost lost my houze nigga u can answer 1 time & tell them to fuck off

    Tell the police and phone company. They have ways to find out who it is if your being consistantly harassed.

      Thats the problem. Its not like they are harassing me because they are not saying they are going ot kill me or anything like that, so I don't know if they police would even care. They just say shit like "Thats my babygirl" and "I love you baby". I don't know how to go about finding out who it is. And it intriques me to know who it is thats why I don't change my number.

        Its harassment if they call so many times. The phone company also knows who is blocking their number. They can only block it to you. Another thing you can do is request that you cannot receive blocked calls so that people have to unblock themselves before calling.

    There was a number that called my about two times both on days that started with a "t". I never could answer to it:/

    If they won't do anything then I suggest you find a phone provider that can and switch to them

    I know this will sound like a smart ass question but you wouldn't believe how many people don't do this...

    Have you tried answering the call?

      Yes I actually have, I answered last night. They tend to call late at night and there is dead silence when I answer and say hello. When I mentioned that I never answer I forgot to say that I answered once and there was also dead silence.

    If this is for a landline I believe there are options for blocking unlisted numbers.

    if it's for a cell, contact your cell provider.

      Hi, its my cell and I don't think verizon will do anything about it. I already checked and I need a court order to find out what number is calling.

    Depends what country, city or state you are in but in some you can find out who it is if is is very often, it can be classed as harassment. If its nasty maybe have a whistle and blow into it when they call but make sure it's the same person/ people as it hurts like hell! Otherwise change your number or just don't answer at all
