Is it normal to get really upset with my softball team

I get really frustrated with the girls on my softball team when they make really stupid errors, like not knowing how many outs there are, or not knowing where to throw the ball when they get it. I think that they should know how to do these things, cause they aren't that difficult to do.. Is it normal.?

    Yes, but your coach is suppose to advise your back-catcher and pitcher, then the back-catcher is suppose to advise the pitcher and team of which play to make. The back-catcher is the leader and they should have a very thorough grasp of the game and all of the rules/plays. If you have a weak one, there will be a lot of confusion.
