Maybe you are just a naturally angry spirited person?

I know just how you feel I am forever getting annoyed with things and or people as I have got older I have gotten better at hiding my irritation as NeuroNeptunian said I agree with the comments above..... to add to them I would say it could just be that like me you are a naturally stressed person even when you feel like your relaxed it doesn't take much to interrupt the calm I find that I am most easily irritated when I have to much going on at once and I don't mean to many tasks to complete I mean to many thing to think about for example bills, work, friends, partner and family sometimes i need to remind myself to let the small things go an concentrate on the things that matter otherwise as said above you can find yourself isolating yourself to avoid getting annoyed.
If any of that makes sense

What the two guys above said, in addition to that, it helps me to remember that I am in no way, perfect. If I am perfect then either my ego is way huge and, with my luck, something is going to come along and pop my big head, OR I am following the social status quos of my situation very very well, which makes my view of perfection very subjective.

    Either way.
