Is it normal to get pimples... on your lip?

It's not like the pimples are doing any harm or anything. They're on the inside of my lip, so they're not even visible. I just think it's a little weird to get pimples on your LIP.

    Take vitamin B, it will help.. The heat in your body has gone up, try to have a sound sleep and try to maintain a good digestion, drink a lot of water.. It will help...

    Sounds like it could be canker sores or cysts
    I had cysts on the inside of my bottom lip that took a few months to go away
    But they were kind of big
    Probably from accidentally biting them so much
    Leave them alone and they should go away
