Is it normal to get orgasmic from cleaning?

Is it normal for me to get this almost orgasmic feeling when I finish taking a shower and water has entered my ears a little and I stick a Q-tip into it to clean it? I shudder and my brain becomes filled with this dreamy sensation and my eyelids fall half way automatically in response to this. I think it's only after showers and when my ears are wet, kinda like getting into bed right after showers and the feel of the cool sheets. :D
