Is it normal to get obsessed on homosexual relationships?

Normal. My coworkers who are fans of yaoi are like that. I'm sort of like that to an extent. I just find guy on guy stuff cute.

So long as you realize that homosexuals are people too and not an "accessory" or some sort of "pet", it's fine. And as per usual, mind your business when necessary, etc.I personally don't see anything special, but maybe because I'm asexual and don't give a hoot anyways.

It's normal to me. Maybe your happy about the diversity? When I see gay couples it makes me happy and excited because then I feel like I'm not the only one out there. It's like a sign of hope to me that people in same gender relationships are becoming more common and less odd to the world so there will be more acceptance. I would like to say maybe you haven't opened up truly to yourself but I can't. I don't know you and whether it's normal in the eyes of others or not, does it really matter? You feel how you feel and that's alright.

Yep, this is normal. Judging by the amount of "slash" (X rated gay) fan fiction there is I can say that you're far from alone in this.

Yeah, I get that. Mostly because the outside image of situations like that is so "adorable" in that it's innocent, all Japanese-style blushing and hand holding. The concept is in a lot of ways something that reminds people of childhood friendships, a manifestation of how love and warmth and kindness can be acceptably expressed between any two people of any gender. A lot of stereotypical gay and lesbian traits are unintentionally childlike in some ways: tomBOYish lesbians and GIRLy gay men, but not so much manly lesbians or womanly gay men. This is in part because in childhood, the differences between genders is define more clearly in our minds by the way we think, not what's under our clothes (or even our clothes themselves). The innocence and "cutesy" factor make us innately attracted to such relationships in a way that may not affect us romantically, but certainly psychologically comfort us. Besides, it's still regarded as a bit exotic, to reference RoseIsabella, who always seems to phrase things nicely. (Thanks, btw.)

Yes, I'm very interested in gay topics, but not necessarily in a sexual way. I just think it's a beautiful thing.
