Is it normal to get nervous "shakes" when you use the bathroom?

When I was a kid, immediately after urinating, I'd get this nervousness for about two seconds, and I'd flop my hand all limp-wrist like a couple of times by itself in the air to channel out the giddiness before flushing. Don't ask, that's all I know.

    lol im 15 and that happens to me sometimes , except it happens like a second before im finished so i always hit the seat "DAMMIT! " lol :D
