I've never heard of getting a burst blood vessel/bruise on your eye from stress before but it is caused from any sort of strain/pressure from anything as little as sneezing to lifting something heavy. If u get them every so often it's not to worry but if it happens often u need to see an optometrist about it.
Little red dots, right?
They're normal, my friend got one today by sneezing.
I get them because of stress and too much xbox ^_^
if they hurt or don't go away for over a week then I think you should go to the doctors, otherwise I don't think there is much to worry about :)
No , just no.
Seriously you should really consider going to a doctor if possible ( health insurance )
Just a burst blood vessel. It is from stress. Just get more sleep and don't stare at a lit screen all day.
Sounds like subconjunctivitis? It's kind of like getting a bruise on the white of your eye, it isn't dangerous or anything and will go away over the course of a few days. It can happen for a bunch of reasons (stress is one of them). If you're getting them all the time you might want to ask a doctor about it.
I once got some huge ones from puking. :( Sometimes weird things just put pressure on your eyes.
Do this to your Pc or laptop screen :
Contrast = 30 %
brightness - 15 %
then tell me if that persists..
Stress is unhealthy. If it happened once I'd say normal but all the time? Yikes. Take care of your self.
as i,m typing this there's alot of red spots on my eye :P been behind my pc for 2 days straight now for like 13 hrs a day =/ its most likely a bursted blood vessel as matiu said
I've seen people with this. It happened to me once while I was swimming, someone told me it was a burst blood vessel. I dont know about this though, so I suggest you visit an optometrist .
