Is it normal to get lightheaded alot?

Lately I've been feeling light headed alot but it will only last for a moment. It comes randomly but I've only noticed it happening at work. I'm also much more active at work though then I am at home, sitting on the computer all day.

    Make sure that you're eating and drinking enough throughout the day, and even if you don't have a medical history of diabetes in your family, it might be a good idea to get that checked out. It might not even be diabetes, but its still good to see a doctor about what you're having. It really could be a lot of things.
