Is it normal for a woman to feel jealous of any other girl she sees that looks better than her? To the point where she feels dislike toward them even if she's never met them?
It's normal as long as no one gets hurt.
This reminds me of a crime novel I've read, in which there was a murderer who killed any woman she deemed prettier than her.
So, uh, yeah. You get my point.
There's someone out there that is better looking, or has more whatever, than each and every one of us.
It may be a common thing, (depending on your age group) but very unattractive to anyone who notices it about you.
It is normal, and AHEM I have done it. I need to sort these feelings out but it's hard...

Unfortunately, yes. A lot of women tend to be like that from what I've seen.
As far as I can tell this is exactly how 99.5% of all women are. So don't feel too bad about being a petty, spiteful, bitch, It's very normal.
