Is it normal to get irritated when someone ''waste'' their body?

Let'S start by saying the having tattoos, percings ,hair dye aren't ''wasting your body''.

Is it normal to get a bit pissed off when I realize that most people who have a healthy body (no chronic deasese, no handicap, no mental illness, etc) just ''Waste it away'' by smoking, eating shit, not doing any exercise, doing heavy drugs or drinking too much?

Is it normal to think that since you are lucky to be born ''ok'' you should'nt abuse that body until you get sick?

I feel like we should ask people if they would swap their body with someone stuck with cancer since they are just not giving a shiit about being healthy and let someone who would sell their soul to be ok have it...

Our concioussness is located within our brain. It's what defines us. The brain is a part of our biological body. If someone intentionally performs actions that they know will hurt their own body greatly, then it's clear that something in their brain isn't healthy and if something in their body isn't healthy then their body shouldn't be considered healthy.

In other words, even though the person in question may look healthy, their brain can still be faulty in such minor ways that their problems can't be considered a mental illness.

The issues I speak of can be issues such as recent and tragic events in their circle of friends or in their family, relationship related issues, self-esteem issues, fear of the inevitable cesation of their existance, etc.

You should direct your pissed-off-ness to becoming a life coach for these people so you can give them direct face to face guidance and support on how to live a healthier life style by eating the right foods and doing the proper physical activities. You should do this for free, of course, because that would make things much more easier for them. Also, write books, provide international seminars and host a bi-weekly morning show that teaches people these things. Channel this negative energy you have towards something positive. You have the power to make these people change for the better!

Yes. But then I realize that I'll never have to directly take care of any of those people, and then I feel better.

Not many people truly appreciate what they have until they do not have it anymore.
