Is it normal to get happy when utilitarian things look perfect?

For some reason, even though no one can see them, I get really happy when say for example all the hdmi cables and wires in the back of the t.v. And cable box are perfectly aligned and neat. I know no one can see them but It just makes me feel happy. Or a perfectly level clothesline, perfectly organized hygiene products on the bathroom counter, a perfectly loaded dishwasher, etc etc. it sounds weird I know but is it normal.

I think it's more normal for people to prefer neatness over sloppiness. That form and function go together is a pretty accepted thing. Shipshape, in my world.
