Is it normal to get grossed out/bored by what i'm eating?
So lately I've been having this problem where I am getting bored/grossed out by what I am eating and can't seem to eat more than a few bites of anything. Example: I was eating a chicken sandwich and after two bites I started getting really nauseous and couldn't bring myself to eat any more of it. I also get bored of what I'm eating sometimes and feel like I must move on to another flavor. Is this normal? Should I be concerned or just accept that I now only sample food?
