Is it normal to get frustrated with my having emotions?
As an empathetic human being, I feel emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, and fear. Logically, these emotions don't make sense however. This is why I feel it would be much better to not have them or at least be able to temporarily clear myself of the distractions they cause. Is this normal? Do I need help?
