Is it normal to get dizzy while rolling forward on mma, i am beginner?

So whenever i do the roll forwards or backwards i get dizzy simple as that! :D IIN?

    yes its normal, your just not used to it yet....it took me almost 10months of training for my body to finally get used to it...just keep training and dont worry about it, its not a big deal

    it could be a few things. First of all, the obvious one -the rapid change of blood preassure when you change your position. Age and fitness level really play major factors here.

    Also, there's an option of vertigo and orthostatic hypotension, but before we start playing WebMD here and discover some fatal horrors in you, I'd say it's just weakness. Eat well, sleep well, train hard. I train beginners (fitness, not MMA, but the idea of raid movement and resistance training is similar), in many cases it goes away on its own.

    If you still have it after a while, consult a doctor.
