Is it normal to get depressed every day between 3 or 4 and 6
I get depressed everyday between 3-6 I think it's the sun lighting. What can I do to like these hrs?

Do you eat regularly throughout the day? Or drink a lot of caffeine early in the day? You could be crashing from lack of energy.
I have to admit that I hate that time too. I don't feel depressed or anything, though. I just hate the way everything is lit up. Where I am affects how I feel, as well. Try going somewhere you really like around that time.
I feel down most of the time, but the night makes me feel more peaceful. During the make sure you get the right nutrients. Eat eggs for protein and veggies for fiber. Drink things like tea, coffee or water. If you eat or drink sugary foods you won't have enough energy.
It's probably not depression it's probably that u get sleepy or tired around that time and are so bummed that u can't sleep or don't want to sleep
It's in yr head, get over it. I hope u dont do it for attention because that would make u pathetic
I am also sad and feeling nervous when it's getting dark outside. Especially in summer. Though I'm not afraif of darkness
the setting sun was always ugly to me. I don't know how everyone says it's beautiful. from 3-6 the it becomes red and is the lowest point from the sky, thus shining right in your eye. And it's also the hottest moment I think during the day. I get super tired and feel uncomfortable during that time. You can fall alsleep during that hours. UGH.
