Is it normal to get depressed at night?
Well, during the school year, when I have to go to bed early, I get depressed. I think it's because of having to be in bed early, and feeling like I have things to do but no time. In the summer I feel amazing and get time to do everything.I need a way (other than pills or a doctor) like a home remedy, to be happy no matter what time of the day.
