Is it normal to get cold symptoms the moment i go to bed?

Every night when I go to bed, I sneeze, cough, and my nose gets stuffy. Since I have a hard time breathing with my mouth (because when I wake up, my entire mouth is dried out), I can barely breathe whenever I go to bed. I've tried everything but nothing seems to work. Is it normal?

I have the same problem. If its really bad, I take drowsy allergy meds, but otherwise I just go to sleep, and feel better by late morning the next day. I also sleep In the basement where the air is damp, so I would suggest opening a window& fresh air.

you may need to see a doctor then clean your room and get a new bed and sheets.

How old is your mattress? It could have lots of dust mites. Do you have a plastic cover over your mattress? If not I would get one that covers it fully (it will trap the dust and dust mites inside), and see if it helps.

I would suggest cleaning your sheets. If they are clean, then try a new detergent or something. Also, change all the air filters you can.
