Is it normal to get chills....

Is it normal to get chills and goosebumps even though it's 85 degrees or higher. It will be hot out an I'll get goosebumps for a couple of seconds. I don't have a cold, and I sweat and I'm hot so idk why I get chills at random periods....

It means someone is walking over the spot that one day you will be berried under after you die.

I'll get chills if a breeze hits me in the right way, when I hear a really good singing voice, when I scrape certain materials, like ceramics, with my finger nail, when I yawn when it's below a certain (not that cold) temperature, and probably others that I can't think of off the top of my head.

I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation other than it just being "random."
