Is it normal to get chest pain during/before your period?

It happens in spurts, but usually only lasts a minute or two at a time and only when I'm currently menstruating or approaching it. Sometimes it's a dull ache and sometimes it's sharper. I'm still pretty young so it's probably nothing but I haven't seen a doctor in a long time, and of course I'll ask about it if I remember. I just wondered if any other women had it happen.

uhm chest pains no... but breast pains yes. when your breasts/nipples feel sore, it means you're about to get you period soon.

Yes, although I confuse it as chest pain, when it is actually the beast muscle and tenderness near the breast plate and ribs. Hurts If i try to hug my self when stretching or lift anything around this time. Go to your gp if you're queued, but I really doubt it's anything serious like cardiac problems, they tend to be more severe and the pain is constant. Take care.
