Is it normal to get annoyed at certain users?

Don't get me wrong I love IIN. Most of the people on here are funny, kind, helpful and generally informative. Of course you get trolls and things but that's going to happen. But there are some users who just use the same 'material' over and over again trying to be funny and failing miserably. They find a way to try and link every post to what they want to say and just are pointless.

Ok, they're not hurting anyone but jeez it's annoying! I don't wish to offend anyone but surely this site was originally set up for genuine questions and answers? Is it normal to get this annoyed at certain people on here?

    I agree with the people who have commented so far. I don't think anyone can avoid being annoying to at least one other user, and there are very few users who have managed to not annoy me at some point. The things you mentioned are annoying to me too.

    Eh, I kind of empathise but I've never been annoyed by anyone here specifically for that reason. I also have a quite a high tolerance for annoyances though, so I'm not a good barometer for this (although I'm not exactly sure who you're talking about either, which doesn't help :P). Relentless spam can be annoying, but I just filter it out most of the time. Honestly, I think *everyone* on this site must be annoying to at least one person - including me and probably you, mystery OP.
