Is it normal to get angry when your favorite actress is hurt in a film?

You see, I am a Beatles fan. And through Beatles history I discovered one of Paul McCartney's past significant others. Her name is Jane Asher and she is an actress. Looking at photos of her with Paul, I started to get a crush on her.

So I'd figure why not and watch a movie she was in and at the end of it she gets chased around by the main character in a pool, where he swings a ceiling light at her head and watches her slowly die, and I got very, very angry on the inside.

I don't get visibly angry because it is very fucking retarded and stupid to get pissed off over a movie but I couldn't resist to at least think of being in that scene and taking him out before it occurred.

Is it normal, or am I obsessed? Or am I overreacting by thinking I'm obsessed?
