Is it normal to get angry

is it normal to over react and loose my temper? i find myself getting older and having a shorter fuse ... i had been dating a boy off and on for awhile and new he was leading me on and didnt know how to pay him back for it after almost two years of playing with my heart, so since im a hair stylist i waited until the next time he needed a haircut and called him out on it while cutting his hair he then lied to me about the situation so in my reaction i shaved his head bald on purpose...:/ also i find myself sitting around being lonely and sad just because i dont have a boyfriend or someone to be with.. why am i doing this?

Well based solely on this situation, I think it was normal but only in referrence to "is it normal to get angry?" Of course you'd overreact to someone manipulating or playing with your feelings; they're central to who you are. In fact, "overracting" may be a misnomer for what you did (minus shaving his head) considering two years of mistreatement.

try and think about it before u react.when we react in a negative way to things it makes us feel worse. 2 of my favorite sayings is 'oh well' and 'dont sweat the small stuff'. ask yourself is this worth gettin all pissed off about? will this mater in a weeks time?
