Is it normal to get a 'workout high' ?

Like right after being in the gym for almost 3 hours , I get an extreme sense of well-being . I go in the morning , and that pretty much sets the tone for the rest of the day .Like I get an awesome feeling knowing that I am doing something great for my body . And knowing that I am getting closer to reaching my goal weight . Is it normal ?

    I think its normal if you like working out. Me, I get a high from eating a whole bag of chocolate chips...:)

    I get the same thing when I run. Although, I calling "being in motion." When I run at a constant pace I don't feel tired or exhausted... I'm just in motion. It's an awesome feeling.

    Yes, that is very normal. Exercising releases endorphins in the brain or something like that.
