Is it normal to get a pain in the center/head while sexually aroused

while being sexually active with my partner when he gets me so hot and bothered and sexually aroused, never experiancing an orgasim like that before and not being able to cum during sex or oral sex,i get this painfull hurt in the center of my head,is this normal
