Is it normal to get a hernia from kissing a cat

this sounds like a joke, but it’s not recently i have gotten a hernia and my doctor said that is from kissing my cat. now i don’t just peck my cat and call it a kiss. i really get into the kiss. my cat sometimes doesn’t like it but it’s not depressed or anything. i think it’s normal, do you?

    I feel like we're missing information here. Can you elaborate more on why your doctor thought it was from kissing your cat and also why you kiss your cat like that?
