Is it normal to get a click in the back of your throat?

Every now and then when I'm trying to sleep, I'll get a little "click" sound in the back of my throat when I breathe. I only get it every so often and every time it "clicks", it's in time with each previous click. It's wierd as! Does anyone else get this?

    I get that too.
    I also get it sometimes if I close my eyes and move them side to side slowly :D
