Is it normal to get a bump on your penis?

I have a single bump on my penis.. it's about the same size as an acne bump you might see on your face. Is this normal? It's about mid shaft.. maybe slightly higher than that.

    Don't pop it. Will hurt badly if ingrown hair or pimple. Go see a doc and no sex with people who don't know about it.

    If it's red and inflamed, it's probably just an ingrown hair. I've had that several times. Or actually, it could very well be a pimple. Just wash it good with soap and water and keep your hands away from it.....( don't try to squeeze it, etc)
