Is it normal to function this long with no sleep?
I don't sleep much. As in, I go for 3-4 days with no sleep. I then sleep for 4 hours one night, and only a couple of hours the next night, and then I don't sleep for days all over again. I just wake up, and am unable to go back to sleep until my house is fit for sleeping in, which could be days away. Sometimes the sleeping patterns vary, but the one I listed, most common. My girlfriend wakes up at seven, and gets pissed that I haven't slept. So.. I need some help here. Just going to sleep, doesn't work. Is this shit normal? How can I get some extra hours of sleep?
