Is it normal to forget this much?????

I forget too much! One day my sis was dressing up ( she hates it when people look at her dress up ) then i was a bit starving , she was in another room with a kitchen, so i went and I was about to grab the biscuits but then she screamed at me and sweared at me she said f*ck of with ur stupid brain and stuff plz help me! My relationship with my family is parting!
