Is it normal to forget things for a slight moment

Well all the time I'll be doing something I've done a million times before and I'll forget what I'm doing for a split second and I'll feel all numb or frozen and then it will all hit back and it starts to feel as if I've been spinning ( the way your head hurts but without the spinning) everything just starts to seem out of place. I have no idea why this happens please help!!

You should visit the doc. Having not enough dopamine can cause diseases.

  • It's because the neuro transmitters in your brain aren't inducing enough dopamine, if there are breaks in the transit of this chemical you will feel dazed and unfocused like how you explained. This could be down to a lack of gabba ( protein carrier ) which binds with dopamine to deliver it to the correct nerves resulting in a focused and conscious state.
