Is it normal to focus on a woman's mouth when she is speaking

When an attractive woman is speaking I will focus on her mouth, when I look at her mouth and lips and teeth and see spit strands in her mouth or small spit bubbles on her tongue or teeth when she is speaking fast, it turns me on so much. Spit bubbles in bright light look sparkly and I'm attracted to this probably because I want to kiss her.
