Is it normal to fix your diet?

In brief, I fixed my gluten-free beegan diet so I can eat something. By not being too fussy I can avoid bread, dough, pastry, cake, cookies, biscuits, pasta and noodles as well as gluten, I'm extremely gluten-free, and by the way nowadays I'm no fool, not long ago I finally achieved sageness, and I'm a sage, I don't love or pursue wisdom because it's already possessed, I kept myself out of danger and I'm well-informed and it took me a year to figure this diet out, is that normal?

When im driving trucks everyday for a living I balloon up. The only thing that works for me is just not eating but once a day. I tried only eating twice a day and working out hard for an hour a day. No luck, I gained 10 pounds in a month. So today was my first day of only eating once a day. If it doesnt work ill eat a small meal once a day.

This is where you're in error, it's not a question of eating less, it's a question of eliminating most of the fat, salt and sugar and simply eating carb-free with the occasional pasta and mashed potatoes (I got this from a fat quiz on the internet developed by a trainer), it's all good, you'll be as small as ever if you associate it with working out at home 15 minutes 3 times a week (46 seconds in the gym).

Yeah that works too but for me whats easiest is just not eating. My sister tries every diet in the world and says she "cant" lose weight I tell her if I put her in a cage she would lose weight. Now I have to put my money where my mouth is now that I'm losing weight. It can be done. Theres new research that its healthy too increases HGH and testosterone. Called intermittent fasting

Eat whatever fits you best, whatever you enjoy that is also healthy. I used to be a heavy meat eater but they have increased my cholesterol level, now I enjoy savory tofu and Laetiporus is a fungus that is used as a meat substitute having exactly meat like taste, but no fat and filled with rich proteins and vitamins. Its really nutritious and I make and have steaks out of it, they are great!

Why is my reply deleted? Tofu in a curry pasta tastes like chicken, and textured soy protein in a spaghetti bolognaise tastes like meat, so what? From now on the world is custom-made for me, what I want and only what I want, and then I'm going to be miserable and worry that it's not conforming to and aligned with my mind, perhaps I'll drink alcohol and worry and get upset and the whole thing because I'm perfect is going to blow out of proportion, the world is ready for me and everyone will make me happy and that's the way it's going to be. I'm a beegan and I eat honey and vegetarianism really does have a rule including liquitarian, juicetarian, vegan, beegan and quasi-vegetarian and semi-vegetarian diets. It's the truth, and the truth is this is perfect and I'll force all humans to leave the comment there, you imperfect! I'm obscene, that must mean I'm perfect, and I'll be so perfect it offends you, so perfect you have your moments of being angry, it's my optimal being so all you have to do is agree with it.

Aww thank you! I don't want to be rude, but I think all humans should transition to a gluten-free beegan diet. :)

It's amazing how all the vegan/vegetarian diets are interesting, even the quasi-vegetarian and semi-vegetarian ones. If you look a little closely I follow a regular diet of vegetables, fruits, herbs, veggie stews, healthy foods, wine, Scotch, gin and tonic, pear cider, and whatnot, and also smoke and drink coffee simultaneously, but I'm not buying any more vanilla lattes, both for my health and to be a beegan. I call it eating sagely, the beegans aren't delusional. You need that one extra food (honey) in your vegan diet for your health, beeganism reduces your carbon footprint, and I'm currently wearing a vegan T-shirt with 'vegan' written on it with information and its definition below and a cute dog's paw print painted on it. Close enough, there's not enough support in the honey-eaters (beegans)and everywhere you're seeing no merchandise to support it. Avoiding fats and oils and we can see that sage eating involves healthy food. Beeganism is healthy and we should all be gluten-free beegans. :)

Any form of a vegetarian diet isn't going to make you starve, there's plenty to choose from, e.g. brown rice pasta, vegetable stews, vegan mashed potatoes and a wine-based sauce (you can make the mash with just potatoes, salt and pepper and rice milk if desired), and raw mixed nuts (this adds protein to your life, what I'm doing isn't just a diet, it's a lifestyle).

What makes you think vegetarians of any kind are starving, just grab that bag of frozen veg, cook it with a vegeburger and eat it (it will look weird if it was Italian, I saw my photo of me being weird, I look very foreign).
