    it's called masturbation. why wouldn't it be normal?

    In fact why wouldn't it be normal to do this to yourself before a man does it?

    Just follow the following guidelines
    1) Don't rub yourself raw
    2) Be mindful of where you do it
    3) Don't let it control you.

    other than that, there's no reason why a woman cannot enjoy her body. nor any reason why she has to wait for someone else to touch her before she explores her own sexuality
