Is it normal to find this when i'm flipping channels

So I'm flipping channels and I see a rattle snake hissing at a troop of Cub Scouts then Chuck Norris grabs the snake by the neck, says to the snake, "shame on you", and throws the snake far away. Is it a normal?

    The snake then bit Chuck and after 3 days of agonizing pain, the snake died.
